In our neighborhood, I understand my small side street was a mess for days, but even the intersection at Melville and Stringfellow was not touched. At least salt/sand should be placed at intersections.
I understand it is more efficient to clear the whole neighborhood at once, but the primary streets within each neighborhood should be cleared first. This did not happen in our area.
